House Rules

1. Please share photos of IDs ( Aadhaar or Passport) of all guests prior to check in!

2. Strictly No Smoking inside the room or any common area inside the apartment, please use the attached balcony/patio.

3. Strictly No Drinking in any common area inside the apartment

4. Please limit noise during quiet hours ( 11 pm to 7 am)

5. Please take extra care of our white/ivory bed and bath linen !

6. Please turn off the lights, AC and geyser when stepping out!

7. Please wash the dishes after use and help keep the kitchen clean!

8. Max 2 visitors are allowed and they must leave before 9 pm. Visitors staying beyond 9 pm will incur extra guest charges of INR 2000 plus GST per head!

1. The standard check-in time is 2 pm onwards. Early check-in requests will be fulfilled subject to room availability.

2. Please use Gate no 2 to enter or exit the block between 10 PM and 5 AM.

Its a 3 BHK apartment on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator, 24x7 security and convenient parking inside and outside the premises.
